Biodegradable banners are made from natural plant-based raw materials that enable the natural decomposition process. Biodegradable banners have no carbon involved in the manufacturing process.

Our policy lasts thirty days. However, if thirty days have passed since you purchased the item, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return the item must be in good condition and in the same state as you received it in. You must have the item in its original packaging.
It is the responsibility of every buyer to pay for the cost of returning the item (unless there has been an error on our part (i.e. If you received an incorrect item or damaged product the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. The customer is responsible for shipping costs should you want to exchange the item.
