Production & Delivery:
- Our production time on this product is 48hrs and for delivery 4-5 days. However, if you need it quickly please contact us.
- The replacement banner will be dispatched within 48hrs.
- Frames will be dispatched within 24hrs
Warranty:
This product comes with a standard 2-years warranty against Aluminum Frame for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, abuse, or regular wear and tear. If the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced by Backdropsource.
The final decision of replacement will be at the discretion of Backdropsource.

Returns

You are only able to return an item if it is unopened and in the same condition the day you received it. You must have the item in its original packaging.
It is the obligation of the buyer to pay the cost of returning an item (unless there has been a mistake on our part (i.e. it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all costs associated with returning a product (unless it was damaged or was incorrectly made).
