What materials are your backdrops made from?
We offer a variety of high-quality materials including wrinkle-resistant polyester, heavy-duty vinyl, seamless paper, and professional-grade muslin to suit every photography and videography need.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout for time-sensitive projects and studio shoots.
Can I request a custom size or design?
Yes, we specialize in custom backdrops. You can upload your own high-resolution artwork or request specific dimensions through our custom orders page.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, standard-sized items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-printed backdrops are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How do I remove wrinkles from my fabric backdrop?
Most of our fabric backdrops are steam-safe. We recommend using a handheld steamer on the back side of the fabric or hanging it for 24 hours to allow gravity to pull out minor creases.
